  1. Scope and Contractual Agreement

    By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital product, online course, program, membership, or free resource (“Products”) offered by LPRO Coaching FZ-LLC (“Provider”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “Participant”, “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

These Terms apply to:

  • The Lipedema Basic Lifestyle Course

  • The Lipedema Body Transformation Course

  • All paid digital products, online courses, memberships, or training programs

  • All free resources distributed through Instagram, ManyChat, email, or other platforms

 

  1. License, Usage Rights and Copyright

    2.1 License and Access

    Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, private use of the purchased Product.

    Access is granted through Kajabi. All content remains the intellectual property of the Provider.

 

2.2 Permitted Use

You may access and use the content within the purchased Product, view videos, download explicitly provided PDFs, and apply the content for your personal well-being and education.

 

2.3 Prohibited Use

You may not share access or content with third parties, download or re-upload course videos, use materials for your own coaching or programs, publish course content online, or use or distribute the scientific hypothesis included in the course.

 

2.4 Violations and Contractual Penalties

In the event of misuse, the Provider may terminate access without refund, take legal action, and apply a contractual penalty starting at 10,000 AED.

  1. Payment, Installments and Refund Policy

    3.1 Prices and Currency

    All prices are listed primarily in USD. Depending on platform settings, prices may appear in EUR or AED. Payments are processed through Kajabi or external payment providers.

 

3.2 Installment Plans

If an installment plan is offered, all installments must be paid in full. Access may be suspended in case of missed or delayed payments. Outstanding installments remain payable regardless of access status.

 

3.3 No Refunds

Because Products include immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. No refunds, no cancellations, no satisfaction guarantees.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal applicable to digital content.

  1. Community and Live Calls

    4.1 Live Calls and Recordings

    Products may include live Q&A sessions via Zoom. Calls may be recorded. By participating, you consent to your voice, image, and contributions being recorded. Replay access is provided to participants.

 

4.2 Testimonials

Voluntarily submitted testimonials, comments, or images may be used anonymously for marketing purposes.

  1. Community Rules and Exclusion

    5.1 Code of Conduct

    Participants must engage respectfully, avoid harassment, avoid medical misinformation, avoid self-promotion, and contribute constructively.

 

5.2 Removal From Program

The Provider may remove Participants without refund for inappropriate behavior, rule violations, disruptive conduct, or health-related behaviors that pose a risk.

    All content is for educational purposes only. The Provider does not offer medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice and does not guarantee results.

    You participate at your own risk and should consult a medical professional before applying any content.

  2. Technical Platforms and Availability

    Products are delivered via external systems such as Kajabi and Zoom. The Provider is not liable for technical issues, downtime, or temporary unavailability of content.

  3. Protection of AI-Generated Content

    All AI-generated images, illustrations, and materials in the Product are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or publish any AI-generated content.

  4. Access Duration

    Access remains available as long as the Product is offered and technically supported. Free bonuses or non-core content may be updated or removed at any time.

  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    10.1 These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

    10.2 All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Products, or the services provided by LPRO Coaching FZ-LLC shall be submitted exclusively to the Small Claims Tribunal of the DIFC Courts (DIFC SCT). The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the DIFC SCT.

    10.3 If a dispute exceeds the monetary jurisdiction of the DIFC SCT, the matter shall automatically fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts – Court of First Instance.

    10.4 All proceedings shall be conducted in English in accordance with DIFC Court rules.
